Ingredients (for 1 cup):

  • 220 ml fresh milk with no added sugar
  • 80 ml Cocoxim coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp pure cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp liquid vanilla essence

How to proceed:

Step 1:

Heat the milk over a low heat until it is slightly warm (it should not boil). Turn off the stove, add the coconut milk and stir well.

Step 2:

Sieve the cocoa powder into the coconut milk mixture using a sieve, as cocoa powder often clumps. Add a pinch of salt, honey and vanilla essence and mix well.

Step 3:

Drink warm or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.

This coconut cocoa is not only a treat for the taste buds, but also for the soul. So take a moment for yourself, enjoy this delicious drink and let the fun begin.
